I am a BUPA and WPA insurance recognised Integrative therapist.

I offer private counselling In Person in a comfortable therapy room in either Northwood or Rickmansworth or Online via Zoom. You may be feeling sad, anxious, angry, guilty or simply confused and numb… However you are feeling I offer a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space to listen to you and explore, at your own pace, what has brought you to where you are now in your life.

I specialise in all areas of Loss, some of which include:

  • Bereavement support to those who are grieving the death of family member or friend
  • Infertility, Ectopic Pregnancy, Sudden Infant death
  • Perinatal loss (Stillbirth, Neonatal death, Miscarriage)
  • Living with a chronic health condition or caring for someone who has one
  • Relationship breakdown including Divorce and Separation and the impact on children

The loss you have experienced may have negatively affected how you feel about yourself and as such your ability to manage your life. It may have negatively impacted other relationships leaving you feeling lonely and isolated.

I support both Neurodivergent and Neurotypical adults to process the pain of the loss whatever it is. I work with clients with Autism, ADHD, ADD and Dyslexia. We are all unique and experience life differently. I will work along side you to understand your experience to help you make decisions that feel right for you and facilitate your healing.

Sessions

I offer a free 20 minute informal chat either on the phone or via zoom to discuss any questions or queries you may have, with no obligation.
I offer a first session for 1 hour with no obligation to continue sessions. Thereafter sessions are 50 minutes. This can be either be In Person at easily accessible therapy rooms or Online on Zoom.

Fees

  • In Person: £70
  • Online: (via Zoom): £65

Please ask about concessionary rates, if needed. 10% discount offered to:

  • students
  • those earning under £25,000 per annum
  • unemployed or in receipt of benefits
  • low income retired
